Features
Cloudflare Manager is a mobile Cloudflare management app for developers and site administrators. After connecting with an API Token, you can view site data, manage zones and DNS, and work with R2 object storage from your phone.
The app has four main tabs at the bottom: Home, Zones, R2, and Settings.
Connect and Sign In
- Sign in with a Cloudflare API Token. The Token is stored on your device only.
- The login flow validates whether the Token works. If multiple Cloudflare accounts are available, you can choose which one to enter.
- Paste a Token from the clipboard.
- Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before sign-in.
- Configure an API proxy on the login page when Cloudflare API endpoints are not directly reachable.
Home Overview
The home tab shows account-level activity at a glance:
- Metric cards for Requests, Unique visitors, Cache rate, and Bandwidth, each with a trend line and period-over-period change.
- A Sites preview with domain names, traffic trends, and request counts. Tap through to the Zones tab to see the full list.
Pull to refresh to reload overview and zone data.
Zone Management
The Zones tab is where you manage Cloudflare zones:
- Search domains and filter by all, active, or error status.
- View domain status, traffic trends, and request counts.
- Add an existing domain. Pending domains include an onboarding flow.
- Open a site detail page for richer analytics.
You can delete a zone from the site detail page after confirmation.
Site Analytics
Inside a domain, you can review analytics charts for that site:
- Switch time ranges such as the last 24 hours.
- View metrics including unique visitors, total requests, cache rate, total data served, and cached data, along with trend charts.
- Quick actions at the bottom for DNS, SSL, and Cache (the last two are coming soon).
DNS Records
DNS management is one of the core site operations available today:
- Filter by record type and search by name, content, type, and comment.
- Load records with pagination and sort by last updated or name.
- Create and edit records, update comments, and toggle the proxied (orange cloud) status.
- Delete records with swipe actions or batch selection. A first-use coachmark explains swipe-to-delete.
Some system records may be locked and cannot be edited or deleted.
R2 Storage
The R2 tab manages account-level object storage:
Bucket list
- View account usage, bucket count, and object statistics.
- Search buckets and create new buckets.
Bucket detail
- Files: Browse folders and objects, upload files, and download, rename, share, or delete objects. Multi-select is supported.
- Settings: Manage general bucket options, public access, custom domains, CORS, lifecycle rules, object lock, data catalog, location, storage class, and more. Empty or delete a bucket when needed.
Settings
The Settings tab manages app preferences and the active account connection:
- View the connected Cloudflare account profile.
- Appearance: Follow system, light, or dark theme.
- Language: Follow system, Chinese, or English.
- Default home: Choose whether the app opens on Home, Zones, or R2.
- Session timeout: Idle time before the app locks automatically.
- Biometric unlock: Face ID or fingerprint, depending on device support.
- API proxy: Configure a custom Cloudflare API endpoint.
- Disconnect the current account.
- View the app version, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
